REFUNDS & RETURNS  POLICY 

We offers a refund or exchange only within 14 days of the initial purchase .A receipt indicating that the items were purchased from POPUANIME must be present when claiming a refund . Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale otherwise they can not be accepted.

*If you can’t present proof that the goods were purchased from us, refunds and exchanges can not apply. * we can not issue a refund or exchange if customers  ‘change their mind’. Please always be sure you have purchased the item you want.

*A product can be refunded or exchange if the item had a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the product or if the product is unsafe in any way .

*Costumes & Wigs Returns Policy

As costume and wigs‘s particularity, Returns are not available on those  .

exchange size or other costumes or wigs can be accepted with in 7 days.
